Sasha Wintz from Tortola won
Miss World Virgin Islands 2015
title. The pageant was held on October 3 at Eileene L. Parsons
Auditorium, H. Lavity Stoutt Community College campus in Paraquita Bay. The18 years old queen is a singer and entertainer. She was crowned by the outgoing queen
2014/15 Miss World BVI, Ms Rosanna K. Chichester. Sasha will represent the British
Virgin Islands at the Miss World 2015 pageant which will be held in
Sanya, China.

Also at the event, Yadali Thomas was adjudged the first runner-up.
It was double delight for Mindy Paul as
she won People’s Choice and Miss Congeniality award. Bryana Robles
bagged four titles:- Best Introduction, Best in Swimwear, Best Talent
and Best in Interview.

Sasha didnt only win the crown but also won special awards of
Miss Photogenic, Miss Poise and Best Evening Wear. She aspires to study music
at H Lavity Stoutt Community College, aims to become a
professional singer one day. She enjoys travelling and reading. She
wants to helps autistically challenged children which is her beauty with
a purpose. Sasha has traveled and performed at many venues in New York. Her runners up were

British Virgin Islands is an overseas British territory in the
Caribbean, east of Puerto Rico. It first participated at the Miss World
pageant in 1986. To date, no beauty queen from the territory has ever
landed at the semis of Miss World.
